Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Processing payroll
- Knowledge of Quicken
- Schedule & coordinate appointments
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Maintain client database & files
- Basic website & social media updates
- Customer service duties (i.e. answering phone, greeting clients, responding to website inquiries, etc.)
- Assist in marketing efforts & events
