Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for an administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to details.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Processing payroll
  • Knowledge of Quicken
  • Schedule & coordinate appointments
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Maintain client database & files
  • Basic website & social media updates
  • Customer service duties (i.e. answering phone, greeting clients, responding to website inquiries, etc.)
  • Assist in marketing efforts & events

Salary depends on skills & experience.
