How it Works
- February 1st the challenge begins at 7pm at Maxwell's Fitness Programs.
- Your current weight will be assessed and your program weight goals will be established.
- Body composition and measurements will also be taken.
- Diet and exercise plans will be given.
- There will be weekly weigh-ins with diet & exercise counseling.
- CASH prize at the end of the challenge for The Biggest Loser.
- The money will come in part from Maxwell's Fitness Programs and participants paying in for not meeting their weekly weight loss goals..
