HIIT Class

It has been proven that HIIT training is far more effective at building fitness and burning fat then traditional low intensity, steady-rate exercise. Exercise Physiologist, Rob Maxwell, has taken all of the information on HIIT training and has designed a safe and highly effective group workout. 

  • Every Thursday from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
  • $10 per class or sign up online and save money
  • Located at Maxwell's Fitness Programs in Port Orange, FL
