Rob Maxwell is the owner/operator of Maxwell’s Fitness Programs. Rob has a Master’s degree in exercise physiology and is also a licensed sports nutritionist. Rob is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) which is the most prestigious personal training certification in the world. Rob is also a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Rob has been the owner/operator of Maxwell’s Fitness Programs since 1991. Maxwell’s Fitness Programs is a personal training studio where all of your training is conducted in a private, very clean environment. Rob writes an exercise prescription that matches your goals. All sessions are held in the private facility where each client is taught how to exercise correctly while being motivated to do their absolute best. Rob gives each client a program to follow while they are not at the facility which consists of both diet and exercise prescriptions.
At Maxwell's Fitness, we help you lower body fat, improve cardiovascular strength and be more energetic. Whether just starting out or a seasoned veteran, Maxwell's Fitness provides personal training programs tailored to each client's athletic ability.
